Nirvana Technology to Release New Dynamic Packaging
and Booking Engine at HITEC

Nirvana Technology demonstrates its new Dynamic packaging engine at HITEC.   Nirvana dCRS (dynamic central reservation system) provides hotels with seamless distribution and dynamic packaging for on-property and off-property spa services, golf tee-times, leisure activities and other services.   Extensive use of Web 2.0 and AJAX technology has been included to provide a very powerful and highly intuitive user-interface.

The “Google Maps” service has been tightly integrated into dCRS. Using the “satellite view” guests may zoom-in to view the layout of a particular golf course.  Unique colored flags are used to identify all of the off-property service providers and their respective distance from the respective hotel.   Guests may even view availability and book directly from the “Google Maps” display.

dCRS can be deployed to manage room and activity booking or may be seamlessly integrated with an existing CRS system to provide integrated activity booking capabilities.   dCRS can also be deployed with “Nirvana GiftCard” and “Nirvana Webstore” to provide one-stop-shopping for guests.  This scenario would enable guests to book hotel rooms, book leisure activities, order merchandise and purchase gift certificates all with one shopping cart transaction, one credit card charge and one customized email confirmation.

Powerful rate management options are included to enable hotels to modify rates or regulate distribution channels based on guest type, time of day, day of weak, date range, lead time or availability thresholds.

Peninsula Hotels Implements New Online Gift Certificate System

Peninsula Hotels worldwide today announced that it has successfully implemented a unique Internet-based gift certificate program permitting ordering of gift certificates from any location for any property in any currency,

picture all simplified into a quick entry on the Peninsula Hotels corporate web site. The ground-breaking financial and technology program was created by Nirvana Technology, Inc. of Atlanta Georgia.

The Peninsula Group also opted to have Nirvana Technology act as the merchant of record, securing the online transactions and freeing up The Peninsula back-office staff from any additional administrative overhead. With this choice, Nirvana accounts for all credit card payments for certificates each week with an automated report to each property together with a wire transfer of funds to foreign properties and an ACH (The Automated Clearing House Network) to transfer funds to the domestic properties, all as part of the smooth process from order through payment.

Hyatt Huntington Beach Resort Selects Nirvana Technology's BookNow! for its Pacific Waters Spa

Alpharetta GA -- Nirvana Technology's BookNow! real-time online booking tool -- the first automated online spa service booking program -- will be the central element of a web portal for the Hyatt Huntington Beach Resort's Pacific Waters Spa. Nirvana will also provide the solution to handle online sales for the spa's retail shop.

Nirvana is working with Blue Square Studios on the development of a web portal for the Pacific Waters Spa at the Hyatt. The company is supplying its BookNow! web booking engine, interfacing with the hotel's existing SpaSoft and eGiftWorks programs. By integrating Nirvana's tool with the other functionalities, the new portal will provide online booking, spa web-store sales, and online gift certificates.

"Nirvana Technology has made it easy for us to deliver a system that gives our guests a major convenience when booking appointments at the Spa, and a significant return on the investment in retail sales," said Mark Becker, Rooms Division Manager for the Hyatt Huntington Beach Resort and Spa.
